Active Warrant Search in Nueces County, Texas

Nueces County Sheriff’s Office permits residents and nonresidents to conduct active warrant searches in person as authorized by the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). The office is open 24/7, Monday to Sunday. Interested persons may also contact the office by phone at (361) 887-2222 or email at contact.sheriff@nuecescountytx.gov to inquire about active warrants.
